This End‑User License Agreement (hereinafter the “
Agreement”) governs the procedure for visiting the Общества с ограниченной ответственностью "AIBACK" (LLC "AIBACK"), TIN 313 029 699, зарегистрированное по законодательству Республики Узбекистан (далее - "Компания" или "
AIBACK") website, using its functionality, submitting requests, registering an account, as well as any other interaction with the website and the AIBACK software (hereinafter the “
Website”, the “
Service”).
The Agreement is a public document and applies to all persons who visit the Website, fill in forms, leave contact details, create an account, use the Service or otherwise interact with AIBACK.
This Agreement also governs the terms of limited free trial access to the Service, where such access is provided by the Company free of charge and without entering into the Public SaaS Offer.
The commercial terms of providing paid access to the Service under the SaaS model, as well as the terms of providing implementation, integration, technical support and maintenance services for the AIBACK software, are governed by a separate
AIBACK Public SaaS Offer or an individual agreement.
Use of the Website, submission of a request, creation of an account, obtaining trial access or actual use of the Service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.
The terms of partner access to the Partner Area, as well as promotion, distribution and provision of access to the Service to third parties through partner models, are governed by a separate
AIBACK Public Partnership Offer and the relevant appendices thereto.
If a Visitor does not agree with the Agreement, they must immediately stop using the Website and the Service.
By submitting a request, registering or otherwise interacting with the Website and/or the Service, the Visitor confirms that they act voluntarily, provide accurate information and consent to the processing of their contact details for the purposes of feedback, conclusion and performance of a contract, information support and marketing communications to the extent permitted by law and by the
Privacy and Cookies Policy.
Where free trial access is provided, contact details may also be processed for the purposes of configuring access, technical communications, preventing abuse and informing about the parameters of the trial mode.
